I'm pretty excited that Steeler's mini-training camp has started (partly because all these poorly officiated NBA games are driving me crazy) mostly because I saw this video the other day...

Ziggy Hood's 50" vertical box jump... from a seated position.

He can also pull a 1,210 lb sled 

oh, and dead lift 700 lbs then shout "more weight. more weight."
